There is a place where ancient shamanic wisdom meets contemporary psychology theories, and that is the importance of relationships to us as human beings.
Each waking moment our life is a web of relationships, starting from the one we have with or selves, then those with other, the communities we’re a part of, to our relationship with nature and finally the mystery of life itself.
While we can chose some of the relationships we’re in, the others are given, but we always have a choice in how we are in any relationship. Relationship is a thread, but we are the needle weaving it. How skillfully do we do that? How much do we know about the art of relating that is weaving the tapistery of our life?
In this workshop will be exploring these topics:
*How do I begin a relationship, how do I stay in it, and how do I end it.
*How can I be in a relationship without losing contact with myself
*Why do we say it takes three for a relationship (You – Me – The Space between us)
*Authenticity in a relationship
